I am the Director of the Language Resource Center at Cornell University.
In addition, I currently serve as Past President of the International Association for Language Learning Technology (IALLT) and recently completed a six-year term as Co-Editor of the journal Die Unterrichtspraxis/Teaching German published by the American Association of Teachers of German, together with my colleague Theresa Schenker.
My research interests include language center management and second language acquisition, specifically technology-enhanced and mobile language learning, languages across the curriculum, and assessment.
When I’m not on campus, you’ll find me running outside, watching Netflix, drinking coffee, or exploring the Finger Lakes region.
